Jones Twin Sister Snowboard
An item from Jones Snowboards
Overview
The Jones Twin Sister snowboard is an all-mountain directional twin for riders who want to build skills without committing to one type of terrain. It is comfortable carving groomers, exploring trees and taking a few park laps, with a CamRock profile that balances support and maneuverability. Its medium flex and Master Core keep the ride lively, while carbon/flax reinforcement and edge-contact features add control through changing snow. It is a versatile everyday choice for riders who want switch riding and fresh-snow turns to fit into the same day.
Features
-
CamRock
Camber between the bindings adds pop and support, while rocker in the nose and tail makes turn entry smoother and helps the tips ride through soft snow.
-
High Traction Tech
Additional contact points along each edge help the board hold a turn on firm snow.
-
Medium 3D Contour Base
Spoon-shaped contours near the tips reduce edge drag as you roll into a turn and help the board move more smoothly through soft snow.
-
Master Core
Paulownia and poplar combine in a dual-density wood core for a balance of low weight, durability and lively response. Two-direction fiberglass allows a more forgiving torsional flex while retaining a lively response.
-
ampliTex™ carbon/flax stringers
Carbon and flax fibers reinforce the board, combining responsive support with a natural-fiber component in the construction.
-
Sintered 8000 Base
A durable, wax-absorbing sintered base supports smooth glide across changing snow conditions.
