Jones Flagship Women's Snowboard
An item from Jones Snowboards
Overview
The Jones Women's Flagship snowboard is a supportive freeride board for riders who enjoy strong turns and more technical terrain. The tapered directional shape and extended nose rocker help it float, while camber underfoot and a firm flex provide control when conditions become more demanding. A Control Core, triax fiberglass and carbon/flax stringers deliver a responsive feel, with an ash veneer topsheet helping damp vibration. It suits confident riders who want a composed board for powder, steeper trails and the changing snow between them.
Features
-
Freeride CamRock
Camber underfoot supports edge hold and response. A longer nose rocker and shorter tail rocker help the board float and maneuver in soft or uneven snow.
-
High Traction Tech
Additional contact points along each edge help the board hold a turn on firm snow.
-
High 3D Contour Base
Spoon-shaped contours near the tips reduce edge drag as you roll into a turn and help the board move more smoothly through soft snow.
-
Control Core
A paulownia-rich blend with poplar keeps the wood core light while adding a damp, controlled feel. Multi-axis fiberglass adds torsional support for precise turns and a stronger response through variable snow.
-
ampliTex™ carbon/flax stringers
Carbon and flax fibers reinforce the board, combining responsive support with a natural-fiber component in the construction.
-
Ash veneer topsheet
The wood veneer layer adds damping and torsional support, helping settle vibration when the snow becomes uneven.
-
Sintered 8000 Base
A durable, wax-absorbing sintered base supports smooth glide across changing snow conditions.
