Overview
The 2027 Völkl Racetiger SL R Junior with its pre-mounted Marker Junior Race Interface plate is built for developing slalom racers who want quick turn initiation, dependable edge grip and confident power through the course. Its Tip Rocker profile helps the ski enter the turn smoothly, while two layers of Full Titanal and Full Sidewall ABS construction provide the precision and stability young racers need for training and race day.
Völkl tunes the geometry, core and reinforcement package by length so the ski progresses with the athlete. The 122cm through 136cm lengths use a Torsional Soft Tip for a more direct, responsive feel with less effort at turn initiation. The 136cm through 150cm lengths add 3D.GLASS for stronger energy transmission and livelier rebound. Shorter sizes use a 50/50 beech-poplar Multilayer Woodcore, while the longer sizes use a 66/33 beech-poplar Tailored Torsion Woodcore.
