Jones Mountain Twin Snowboard
An item from Jones Snowboards
Overview
The Jones Mountain Twin snowboard is a versatile choice for riders who want to carve, jump and explore on the same board. Its directional twin shape keeps switch riding natural while giving it enough forward-riding versatility for trees and fresh snow. The CamRock profile combines camber's support with rockered tips that are easier to maneuver, and the medium flex works well for a mix of groomer and freestyle riding. Carbon/flax stringers reinforce the lively Master Core, helping the board stay composed as you move from smooth trails to more varied terrain.
Features
-
CamRock
Camber between the bindings adds pop and support, while rocker in the nose and tail makes turn entry smoother and helps the tips ride through soft snow.
-
High Traction Tech
Additional contact points along each edge help the board hold a turn on firm snow.
-
Medium 3D Contour Base
Spoon-shaped contours near the tips reduce edge drag as you roll into a turn and help the board move more smoothly through soft snow.
-
Master Core
Paulownia and poplar combine in a dual-density wood core for a balance of low weight, durability and lively response. Two-direction fiberglass allows a more forgiving torsional flex while retaining a lively response.
-
ampliTex™ carbon/flax stringers
Carbon and flax fibers reinforce the board, combining responsive support with a natural-fiber component in the construction.
-
Sintered 8000 Base
A durable, wax-absorbing sintered base supports smooth glide across changing snow conditions.
