Jones Flagship Junior Snowboard
An item from Jones Snowboards
Overview
The Jones Flagship Junior snowboard brings a directional freeride shape to younger and smaller riders who are ready for more challenging terrain. Its tapered outline and Freeride CamRock profile help it float in powder while maintaining support on firmer trails. A lively 7/10 flex offers more structure than a soft beginner board, and the sintered base suits riders who are covering more of the mountain. It is a good option for confident young riders who prefer carving, trees and fresh snow to spending the entire day in the park.
Features
-
Freeride CamRock
Camber underfoot supports edge hold and response. A longer nose rocker and shorter tail rocker help the board float and maneuver in soft or uneven snow.
-
Medium Traction Tech
Additional contact points along each edge help the board hold a turn on firm snow.
-
Medium 3D Contour Base
Spoon-shaped contours near the tips reduce edge drag as you roll into a turn and help the board move more smoothly through soft snow.
-
Master Core
Paulownia and poplar combine in a dual-density wood core for a balance of low weight, durability and lively response. Two-direction fiberglass allows a more forgiving torsional flex while retaining a lively response.
-
Sintered 8000 Base
A durable, wax-absorbing sintered base supports smooth glide across changing snow conditions.
