The Union Atlas binding blends all-terrain performance with technical features and a lightweight design to create a binding that offers excellent performance for the price. Fully optioned with Union's open toe strap design, and the same Stage III base design found on the more expensive models, the Atlas is the evolution of lightweight performance. The Atlas combines Union's strongest baseplate ever built with Vaporlite High-Density bushings, a stiff Duraflex CB highback, the rapid response of Exoframe 3.0 ankle straps. Union’s go to all-mountain binding for 10 seasons running, the Atlas is a Union team favorite for a reason. New for 22/23 Union upgraded the Atlas with the stiffer and more responsive S14 Duraflex CB highback and lightweight magnesium S1 ratchets.

  • Direct connect strap system uses one bolt to connect highback, baseplate, and strap to reduce possibility of hardware loosening, while evenly distributing pressure.
  • Magnesium S1 ratchets and aluminum cage. Magnesium material is twice as light and four times stronger than aluminum.
  • Canted Gas Pedals on the Atlas supply extra leverage for ollie power. Canting also allows the ankle and knee joints to be aligned, alleviating pain.
